Job Summary

We are hiring a Front Office Associate responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The role involves managing guest check-in/check-out, handling reservations, and coordinating with internal departments to provide a seamless guest experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently
  • Welcome guests and provide a professional first impression
  • Manage reservations, room allocation, and billing processes
  • Respond to guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B teams
  • Maintain accurate guest records in PMS (Opera or similar)
  • Ensure lobby and front desk standards are maintained
  • Assist with VIP arrivals and special guest requirements
  • Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards

Requirements

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality

Experience

  • 1–3 years in Front Office / Guest Relations (preferred)
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may apply

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Basic computer knowledge and PMS familiarity
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Professional grooming and presentation

Working Conditions

  • Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • 9-hour shift with weekly off

Reporting To

  • Front Office Manager / Duty Manager
