Overview
Amoga International is looking for a skilled and versatile Allrounder Chef who can handle multiple cuisines and kitchen operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Indian cuisine, basic Chinese dishes, and Tandoor preparations, ensuring high-quality food production and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian, Chinese (basic), and Tandoor dishes.
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation as per food safety guidelines.
- Handle mise en place, inventory control, and stock management.
- Monitor food costs and minimize wastage.
- Work closely with management to design and update menu items.
- Ensure timely service during peak hours.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Allrounder Chef or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of North & South Indian cuisine.
- Basic understanding of Chinese cooking techniques.
- Hands-on experience in Tandoor cooking (roti, naan, kebabs, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
