Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes for the Asian cuisine section with consistency, taste, and presentation standards.
- Prepare Asian cuisine dishes according to established recipes, presentation standards, and portion control guidelines.
- Manage mise en place, ingredient handling, and ensure section readiness for all service periods.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, kitchen hygiene, and proper storage of ingredients and prepared items.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely dish dispatch and a consistent guest experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant kitchen experience with Asian cuisine preparation is preferred.
- Good understanding of ingredients, taste balance, food safety, and kitchen discipline.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure under pressure during busy service periods.
- Demonstrated teamwork, commitment to cleanliness, and consistency in execution.
