Overview
We are looking for a Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to manage guest interactions and ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling guest queries, coordinating with departments, assisting during check-in/check-out, and maintaining high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences.
- Build strong relationships with guests and address their queries, concerns, and special requests promptly.
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction through personalized service.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure guest comfort.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain guest records, feedback, and service requests accurately.
- Assist in managing reservations, room allocations, and guest communications.
- Ensure lobby and reception areas are well-maintained and guest-ready at all times.
- Promote company services, amenities, and offers to guests when appropriate.
- Follow hospitality standards, SOPs, and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, hospitality, or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel/property management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
