We are looking for a passionate and skilled Continental Chef who can create delicious continental cuisine while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a variety of continental dishes including appetizers, salads, pasta, grills, sandwiches, and main courses.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Develop new menu items and contribute creative ideas for seasonal offerings.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Monitor food stock levels and coordinate with purchasing for timely inventory management.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain kitchen cost control.
• Supervise kitchen assistants and support smooth kitchen operations.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to company recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely food delivery and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Continental Chef or similar role in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or QSR brands.
• Strong knowledge of continental cuisine, sauces, grilling, plating, and food presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Creative mindset with passion for culinary innovation.
• Team player with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Culinary diploma or relevant certification is preferred.
