Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
  • Maintain hygiene, grooming, and presentation standards at all times.
  • Assist guests with menu recommendations and service requests.
  • Handle guest feedback politely and professionally.
  • Follow company SOPs, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Support the team during peak operational hours.

Requirements

  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced café and restaurant environment.
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant service and hygiene practices preferred.
