Key Responsibilities

• Prepare chhole, bhature, and related menu items according to established recipes.
• Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of food.
• Prepare dough, masalas, gravies, and other ingredients as required.
• Monitor food stock and inform management about inventory requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Ensure food is prepared and served within the required time.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain cost efficiency.
• Assist in menu improvements and recipe standardization when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chhole Bhature Cook or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of North Indian cuisine and traditional cooking methods.
• Ability to prepare large quantities while maintaining quality.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long working hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant, dhaba, or fast-food outlet specializing in North Indian dishes.
