Public Area Team Leader

Millennium Al Rawdah Hotel in Abu Dhabi has an opening for a Public Area Team Leader to lead cleanliness and presentation standards across shared hotel spaces. This is an on-site hotel opportunity in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize daily cleaning coverage for lobbies, corridors and other public areas.
• Inspect high-traffic guest spaces and address presentation issues promptly.
• Guide public-area attendants and monitor equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate with engineering regarding maintenance or safety concerns.
• Ensure appropriate cleaning, waste handling and safety procedures are followed.

Relevant Skills and Experience

• Understanding of public-area housekeeping operations.
• Team coordination, inspection and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to guest-facing cleanliness and presentation.
• Experience in hotel public-area cleaning or housekeeping is helpful.
