Painter

Millennium Al Rawdah Hotel in Abu Dhabi has an opening for a Painter to help maintain the appearance and condition of hotel interior and exterior surfaces. This is an on-site hotel opportunity in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling and priming as required.
• Carry out painting and touch-up work to hotel presentation standards.
• Safely handle paint, coatings, ladders and related equipment.
• Protect surrounding furniture, fixtures and guest areas during works.
• Report material needs and completed maintenance tasks to the engineering team.

Relevant Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of surface preparation, painting methods and finishing.
• Careful workmanship and attention to detail.
• Understanding of safe tool and materials handling.
• Previous painting or property-maintenance experience is useful.
