Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pastries, breads, desserts and baked products to approved production plans and recipes.

• Work with culinary colleagues to align pastry output with daily dining requirements.
• Follow safe food handling, allergen management, ingredient rotation and sanitation protocols.
• Guide junior colleagues and communicate stock or equipment needs promptly.

Relevant Skills and Experience

• Hands-on hotel or professional bakery and pastry kitchen experience.
• Knowledge of baking methods, pastry finishing and production planning.
