Assistant Storekeeper

Adaaran Select Hudhuran Fushi is recruiting a Assistant Storekeeper for its stores / procurement operations in the Maldives. This is a full-time, on-site island resort job in North Malé Atoll. Assists with receiving, storing, issuing and monitoring materials used across resort departments.

Role Overview

Assists with receiving, storing, issuing and monitoring materials used across resort departments. The position contributes to the resort’s service quality, reliable daily operations and appropriate safety practices. Strong coordination with other departments is an important part of the work in an island setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and help verify quantities against supporting documents.
• Label, arrange and rotate stored goods to protect quality and traceability.
• Issue approved stock to departments and update inventory records.
• Support stock counts, discrepancy checks and reorder notifications.
• Maintain store-room cleanliness, organisation and safe access.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, kitchen and operations teams on stock needs.

Useful Experience and Skills

• Stockroom or inventory experience is useful.
• Accuracy with quantities, records and stock rotation.
• Ability to follow receiving and storage safety standards.
• Dependable teamwork and communication across departments.
