AC Technician

Adaaran Select Hudhuran Fushi is recruiting a AC Technician for its maintenance & engineering operations in the Maldives. This is a full-time, on-site island resort job in North Malé Atoll. Supports reliable air-conditioning and cooling performance across guest accommodation and resort facilities.

Role Overview

Supports reliable air-conditioning and cooling performance across guest accommodation and resort facilities. The position contributes to the resort’s service quality, reliable daily operations and appropriate safety practices. Strong coordination with other departments is an important part of the work in an island setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain air-conditioning systems according to service plans.
• Troubleshoot cooling faults and assist with timely repairs.
• Clean filters, coils and equipment components as specified.
• Check controls, report abnormal readings and maintain service records.
• Coordinate room access and repairs with housekeeping and front office.
• Follow electrical isolation, refrigerant handling and occupational safety procedures.

Useful Experience and Skills

• Technical experience in HVAC or air-conditioning service is relevant.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis.
• Safe use of tools and awareness of electrical hazards.
• Ability to document work and communicate with operations teams.
