Stewarding Executive (KST)

DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is hiring a Stewarding Executive (KST) at its Sarjapur Road hotel in Bengaluru. Coordinate kitchen stewarding operations, sanitation and the timely availability of clean culinary and restaurant equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Organise dishwashing, utensil cleaning, sanitisation and kitchen-support shift duties.
• Check readiness and correct storage of clean cookware, serviceware and equipment.
• Monitor chemical use, dilution, workplace safety and sanitation practices.
• Coordinate with chefs and food and beverage teams during peak periods and events.
• Track stewarding stock, breakages and equipment issues, escalating concerns.
• Guide kitchen stewarding colleagues on cleaning schedules and waste handling.

Skills and Experience

• Experience with kitchen stewarding or hotel back-of-house sanitation.
• Ability to coordinate a team and organise serviceware turnover.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, hygiene and safe dishwashing equipment use.
• Attention to detail, responsible material handling and communication.
