Position Overview

Department: Hotel Sales / Business Development. Job type: Full Time. This is an on-site hospitality opportunity at the Kaiser Bagh hotel. Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and contact local business prospects and maintain a systematic record of outreach.
• Schedule corporate, travel-trade and event-related customer meetings as directed.
• Introduce relevant hotel accommodation, dining, meeting and event offerings accurately.
• Record enquiries, follow-up actions and prospect information in the team’s reporting systems.
• Coordinate client requirements and proposals with sales managers and the hotel’s events or reservations colleagues.
• Assist with site visits, relationship management and timely responses to potential customers.
• Use an own vehicle for local sales visits as required; follow road safety and approved company travel procedures.
• Share market feedback, client requirements and practical sales opportunities with the team.

Relevant Skills and Experience

• Must be based locally in Lucknow and have access to an own vehicle, as specified in the vacancy notice.
• Interest in hotel sales, business development, local account servicing and professional customer relationships.
• Clear communication, basic reporting, follow-up discipline and confidence meeting business customers.
