Accounts Clerk

Adaaran Select Hudhuran Fushi is recruiting a Accounts Clerk for its finance & accounting operations in the Maldives. This is a full-time, on-site island resort job in North Malé Atoll. Assists with financial records, day-to-day transactions and accurate supporting documentation for resort operations.

Role Overview

Assists with financial records, day-to-day transactions and accurate supporting documentation for resort operations. The position contributes to the resort’s service quality, reliable daily operations and appropriate safety practices. Strong coordination with other departments is an important part of the work in an island setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Organise invoices, receipts, vouchers and other finance documents.
• Enter transactions accurately into approved accounting records or systems.
• Support reconciliations, payment documentation and routine reporting.
• Check entries and supporting paperwork for completeness and discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and supplier information.
• Coordinate with purchasing, stores and operational departments on records.

Useful Experience and Skills

• Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge and numerical accuracy.
• Competence with spreadsheets or accounting software.
• Organised record keeping and confidentiality.
• Attention to deadlines and professional communication.
