Overview
AQUA TERRA RESORT is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations efficiently while delivering exceptional hospitality experiences, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes smoothly and efficiently.
- Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate information about resort services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness and guest requests.
- Maintain records, bookings, and billing information accurately.
- Process payments, invoices, and receipts.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role (hospitality preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
