Engineering Team Leader

Millennium Al Rawdah Hotel in Abu Dhabi has an opening for a Engineering Team Leader to support the hotel engineering team in maintaining safe and reliable facilities. This is an on-site hotel opportunity in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily preventive-maintenance tasks and engineering work orders.
• Supervise technical work, response priorities and maintenance quality.
• Help troubleshoot building systems and escalate specialist faults.
• Work with operations teams to reduce disruption to guest services.
• Maintain safety practices, equipment records and maintenance documentation.

Relevant Skills and Experience

• Practical knowledge of building services and hotel maintenance.
• Team leadership, planning and fault-reporting skills.
• Strong safety awareness and a methodical working approach.
• Relevant engineering or facilities-maintenance experience is helpful.
