F&B Team Leader

DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is hiring a F&B Team Leader at its Sarjapur Road hotel in Bengaluru. Coordinate a food and beverage service team to deliver organised restaurant shifts and attentive hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct service briefings and allocate duties to associates within a restaurant or outlet.
• Check table setup, side stations and equipment readiness.
• Support accurate order taking, guest requests and efficient food delivery.
• Guide colleagues on service standards, menus, hygiene and guest courtesy.
• Handle routine service concerns and escalate complex feedback appropriately.
• Coordinate with chefs and supervisors on pacing, reservations and peak demand.

Skills and Experience

• Relevant hotel food and beverage service experience.
• Confidence guiding colleagues during live service.
• Clear guest communication, menu awareness and service recovery judgement.
• Organisational ability and adherence to hygiene and service procedures.
