Overview

We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and profitability. The role is responsible for managing restaurant outlets, bar, banquets, and in-room dining while maintaining brand standards and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets including restaurants, bar, banquets, and room service
  • Ensure high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize sales and profitability
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and inventory management
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards (HACCP compliance)
  • Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to achieve performance goals
  • Coordinate with kitchen, sales, and front office teams for seamless operations
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively
  • Plan and execute events, promotions, and seasonal menus
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and local regulations

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality

Experience

  • 6–10 years in Food & Beverage operations
  • Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role in a reputed hotel or resort
  • Experience in upscale or luxury hotel brands preferred

Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Financial acumen and cost control expertise
  • Knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

Working Conditions

  • Flexible and rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Extended hours based on business requirements

  • General Manager / Director of Operations
