Overview
We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and profitability. The role is responsible for managing restaurant outlets, bar, banquets, and in-room dining while maintaining brand standards and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets including restaurants, bar, banquets, and room service
- Ensure high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Manage budgets, cost control, and inventory management
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards (HACCP compliance)
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to achieve performance goals
- Coordinate with kitchen, sales, and front office teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively
- Plan and execute events, promotions, and seasonal menus
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and local regulations
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality
Experience
- 6–10 years in Food & Beverage operations
- Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role in a reputed hotel or resort
- Experience in upscale or luxury hotel brands preferred
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Financial acumen and cost control expertise
- Knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Working Conditions
- Flexible and rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
