Food & Beverage Associate

Millennium Al Rawdah Hotel in Abu Dhabi has an opening for a Food & Beverage Associate to support attentive food and beverage service across the hotel’s dining outlets. This is an on-site hotel opportunity in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare service stations and ensure dining areas are clean and ready for guests.
• Welcome guests, explain menu items and accurately relay orders.
• Serve food and beverages professionally while following service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and other restaurant colleagues.
• Observe food hygiene, allergen awareness and responsible service procedures.

Relevant Skills and Experience

• Friendly guest service and confident communication.
• Understanding of restaurant or hotel food-and-beverage operations.
• Teamwork, attention to detail and an organized service approach.
• Relevant food-and-beverage service experience is helpful.
