Overview

We are hiring a Front Office Manager to lead daily front office operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and manage the front office team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front office operations, including guest interactions, call management, coordination, and daily operational support.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes, reservations, guest requests, billing coordination, and effective complaint resolution.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping, detailed shift handover notes, precise booking details, and seamless communication with housekeeping and other operational teams.
  • Represent the property with professionalism, maintaining a warm, helpful, and solution-oriented approach to guest service.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a hotel front office, guest service, or reservations role, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills, professional presentation, and confidence in managing guest interactions.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations; experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), reservation software, or billing systems is a significant advantage.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts and the ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure.
