Adaaran Select Hudhuran Fushi is hiring a Hostess for its food & beverage service team in the Maldives. This is a full-time, on-site resort position based in North Malé Atoll. Creates a welcoming first impression and helps manage seating and guest flow in the resort’s dining venues.

About This Role

Creates a welcoming first impression and helps manage seating and guest flow in the resort’s dining venues. The role supports coordinated service in a premium all-inclusive island resort, with a focus on safety, responsible operations, accuracy and helpful teamwork with colleagues from other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests warmly and assist with dining enquiries.
• Coordinate reservations, waiting lists and seating plans.
• Communicate table availability and special occasions with service teams.
• Guide guests to tables and share relevant restaurant information.
• Maintain a tidy entrance and accurate reservation or guest notes.
• Handle basic questions respectfully and escalate special requests.

Useful Experience and Skills

• Warm, confident guest communication and personal presentation.
• Organisational skills for seating and reservation coordination.
• Familiarity with a restaurant welcome desk is useful.
• Patience, discretion and teamwork during busy meal periods.
