Housekeeping Team Leader

Millennium Al Rawdah Hotel in Abu Dhabi has an opening for a Housekeeping Team Leader to coordinate daily housekeeping assignments and support consistent room-cleaning standards. This is an on-site hotel opportunity in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate cleaning tasks and coordinate the team’s daily workflow.
• Inspect guest rooms and work areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Guide attendants on procedures, safe chemical use and service standards.
• Track linen, amenities and supplies and report shortages.
• Coordinate room readiness, defects and guest requests with front office and engineering.

Relevant Skills and Experience

• Hands-on housekeeping knowledge and attention to detail.
• Ability to coach colleagues and organize team priorities.
• Knowledge of cleanliness, hygiene and safe-working practices.
• Previous housekeeping supervision or senior attendant experience is helpful.
