Position and Department

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR records and ensure personnel documentation is complete and securely maintained.
• Schedule candidate interviews, joining activities and new employee orientation logistics.
• Support the preparation of standard HR communications and employee letters as authorised.
• Maintain accurate attendance, leave or HR information-system entries as assigned.
• Help coordinate employee engagement events and staff communication.
• Respond courteously to routine colleague queries and escalate policy questions to HR leadership.
• Organise compliance-related documentation and assist with reporting deadlines.
• Liaise with learning and development and departmental teams on induction requirements.

Relevant Skills and Experience

• HR administration, recruitment coordination or related hospitality experience is desirable.
• Strong organisation, confidential recordkeeping and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with common office software and professional written communication.
• Ability to collaborate with employees and managers respectfully.
