Hyatt Place Gurgaon Udyog Vihar is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to support brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth initiatives. The candidate will assist in executing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, coordinating promotional activities, and strengthening the hotel’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote hotel rooms, dining, events, and special offers.
  • Manage social media platforms, online listings, and digital marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and vendors for promotional materials.
  • Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and advertisements.
  • Monitor online reviews and assist in maintaining the hotel’s brand reputation.
  • Support sales and marketing teams in corporate promotions, events, and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Assist in organizing hotel events, promotions, and guest engagement activities.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
  • Ensure all branding and communication align with Hyatt standards and guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, hospitality marketing, or digital promotions preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Adobe tools, or similar marketing software is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
