Receptionist

Adaaran Select Hudhuran Fushi is hiring a Receptionist for its front office team in the Maldives. This is a full-time, on-site resort position based in North Malé Atoll. Supports front-desk operations, guest arrivals and departures, and accurate reception administration.

About This Role

Supports front-desk operations, guest arrivals and departures, and accurate reception administration. The role supports coordinated service in a premium all-inclusive island resort, with a focus on safety, responsible operations, accuracy and helpful teamwork with colleagues from other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Respond to enquiries about services, transfers and resort facilities.
• Keep reservations, guest details and shift records accurate.
• Coordinate guest needs with housekeeping, concierge and relevant teams.
• Handle telephone and digital enquiries with professional courtesy.
• Protect personal information and follow front-office cash and security procedures.

Useful Experience and Skills

• Guest-facing hotel or resort front-office experience is useful.
• Professional communication and confident computer use.
• Attention to booking details, confidentiality and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise and coordinate guest requests.
