Restaurant Supervisor

Adaaran Select Hudhuran Fushi is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor for its food & beverage service team in the Maldives. This is a full-time, on-site resort position based in North Malé Atoll. Oversees dining-room service standards, team coordination and guest satisfaction across resort restaurant operations.

About This Role

Oversees dining-room service standards, team coordination and guest satisfaction across resort restaurant operations. The role supports coordinated service in a premium all-inclusive island resort, with a focus on safety, responsible operations, accuracy and helpful teamwork with colleagues from other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily restaurant readiness, briefing and shift assignments.
• Monitor guest seating, service timing and food and beverage presentation.
• Coach service colleagues on standards, menu knowledge and courtesy.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Maintain hygiene, service equipment and dining-area safety checks.
• Work with culinary and other resort teams to deliver smooth meal periods.

Useful Experience and Skills

• Relevant experience in hotel or resort restaurant service.
• Ability to lead a shift and communicate clearly with colleagues.
• Guest service judgement and familiarity with dining procedures.
• Attention to service consistency and problem-solving.
