Adaaran Select Hudhuran Fushi is recruiting a Room Boy for its housekeeping / rooms operations in the Maldives. This is a full-time, on-site island resort job in North Malé Atoll. Cleans and services guest rooms and villas while supporting comfort, privacy and housekeeping standards.

Role Overview

Cleans and services guest rooms and villas while supporting comfort, privacy and housekeeping standards. The position contributes to the resort’s service quality, reliable daily operations and appropriate safety practices. Strong coordination with other departments is an important part of the work in an island setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms and assigned villa areas to resort procedures.
• Change linen, replace amenities and replenish approved guest supplies.
• Check room fixtures and report faults to the supervisor.
• Handle guest belongings respectfully and protect room access and privacy.
• Manage housekeeping carts, supplies and soiled linen safely.
• Update room status and respond to routine guest requests through the team.

Useful Experience and Skills

• Room-cleaning or accommodation service experience is useful.
• Careful attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to follow checklists, privacy rules and safe chemical use.
• Good teamwork, reliability and professional guest manners.
