Senior F&B Associate

Radisson Hotel Lucknow City Center is hiring a Senior F&B Associate for its Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh property. Deliver attentive table service, support dining operations and help guide service associates at the hotel’s food and beverage outlets.

Position Overview

Department: Food & Beverage Service. Job type: Full Time. This is an on-site hospitality opportunity at the Kaiser Bagh hotel. The successful candidate will contribute to consistent operations, a professional guest experience and effective collaboration with colleagues. Day-to-day assignments and reporting relationships will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcome diners and provide attentive restaurant or event service from seating through farewell.
• Assist with table allocation, service mise en place, restaurant readiness and team briefings.
• Present menus, answer common questions and coordinate dietary or allergy enquiries with the appropriate kitchen colleague.
• Take and communicate accurate food and beverage orders and monitor service timing.
• Support junior associates with service steps, standards, professional conduct and guest etiquette.
• Handle routine requests and refer complaints or special situations to supervisors promptly.
• Follow hygiene, safe service, billing and point-of-sale procedures.
• Coordinate with culinary and beverage teams to maintain consistent guest experiences.

Relevant Skills and Experience

• Relevant experience in food and beverage service in a hotel, restaurant or banquet setting.
• Knowledge of table service sequence, menu presentation, guest interaction and service hygiene.
• Ability to mentor colleagues informally and stay organised during busy service periods.
• Clear communication, positive guest-service attitude and professional teamwork.

Hotel service requires attention to detail, a courteous and responsible approach, good communication, awareness of relevant safety and hygiene procedures, and coordination with neighbouring departments. Team members may support breakfast, dining, events, business travel and day-to-day hotel operations depending on their department and approved schedule.
