Shop Assistant

Adaaran Select Hudhuran Fushi is hiring a Shop Assistant for its retail & store operations team in the Maldives. This is a full-time, on-site resort position based in North Malé Atoll. Supports daily retail service, merchandise presentation and stock handling at the resort’s guest shopping outlet.

About This Role

Supports daily retail service, merchandise presentation and stock handling at the resort’s guest shopping outlet. The role supports coordinated service in a premium all-inclusive island resort, with a focus on safety, responsible operations, accuracy and helpful teamwork with colleagues from other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and explain available merchandise and prices.
• Keep shelves, displays and product labels neat and accurate.
• Assist with purchases and follow cash or point-of-sale procedures.
• Check stock levels, replenish shelves and report shortages.
• Maintain clean retail and storage areas and safeguard goods.
• Handle returns or guest questions in line with store policy.

Useful Experience and Skills

• Retail or guest service experience is useful.
• Friendly communication and accurate transaction handling.
• Careful stock control and display standards.
• Trustworthiness, attention to detail and teamwork.
