JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction by ensuring guest rooms, suites, and assigned public areas are impeccably cleaned and maintained according to Marriott brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, and corridors according to hotel standards.
  • Make beds, replace linens, replenish guest amenities, and ensure rooms are properly stocked.
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all designated areas.
  • Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and safety concerns.
  • Report maintenance defects, lost and found items, and guest requests promptly.
  • Ensure all housekeeping equipment and supplies are used safely and maintained properly.
  • Respond courteously and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Follow established health, hygiene, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of guest belongings and hotel property.
  • Support deep-cleaning projects and special housekeeping assignments as required.
  • Coordinate effectively with Front Office, Engineering, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and housekeeping procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physically fit and able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
