Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre, an IHG Hotel is hiring for Assistant Manager – Finance (Compliance Knowledge Must) in Jaipur. Support financial accuracy, internal controls and day-to-day accounting processes across hotel operations. Knowledge of finance compliance and statutory requirements is essential for this position.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with accounting close processes, reconciliations, journal review and management reporting.
• Maintain financial records and documentation that support internal controls and audit trails.
• Support statutory, tax and regulatory compliance activities applicable to hotel operations.
• Monitor vendor payments, receivables, revenue checks and exception follow-up within authorised procedures.
• Coordinate with operating departments to validate expenses, documentation and revenue information.
• Help prepare financial schedules, variance explanations, audit support files and timely management updates.
• Escalate compliance risks, control gaps and unresolved discrepancies to finance leadership.

Skills and experience

• Relevant finance and accounting experience, together with sound knowledge of statutory compliance, is important for this role.
