Sales Executive – Reactive

Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre, an IHG Hotel is hiring for Sales Executive – Reactive in Jaipur. Support the hotel’s sales performance by responding to incoming enquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating with departments and following up with prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and qualify incoming enquiries for hotel rooms, group business, meetings and other services.
• Prepare clear proposals and quotations using approved rates and booking information.
• Follow up on leads, pending requests and quotations to improve response quality and conversion.
• Coordinate with sales managers, events, reservations and operations teams to confirm customer requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date enquiry logs, customer records, sales reports and handover notes.
• Arrange suitable site visits or client discussions when requested.
• Respond professionally to changes, questions and service requirements while protecting guest and client information.

Skills and experience

• Experience with customer enquiries, sales coordination, reservations or hospitality events is useful for this position.
