Overview

Trestle is looking for passionate and service-oriented Waiter and Baristas to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience within our premium lifestyle environment. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, basic café beverage knowledge, and the ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests visiting the experience centre and café.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive table service.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and quality.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of café, dining, and guest areas.
• Operate coffee machines and café equipment efficiently.
• Recommend menu items and assist guests with selections.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, grooming, and customer service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for smooth service flow.
• Handle guest queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support daily opening and closing operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in café, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with strong customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
