Overview
We are hiring a Steward to support daily operations, maintain role-specific standards, and contribute to smooth shift execution for an elite real estate marketing office.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver guest-focused service, upholding grooming, courtesy, and service standards.
- Efficiently take orders, support table or counter service, coordinate with kitchen teams, and ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of service areas, stations, equipment, menus, cutlery, crockery, and beverage counters.
- Professionally handle guest requests, manage shift handovers, and ensure clear team communication.
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Steward or in a similar role within a restaurant, cafe, hotel, bar, or banquet setting is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills, excellent guest handling abilities, impeccable grooming, and a positive service attitude.
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Demonstrated ability in team coordination, punctuality, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
