Barista/Steward

Overview

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Barista / Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, taking customer orders, delivering food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other café beverages according to company standards.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, service areas, and equipment.
• Refill supplies and ensure proper stock levels of ingredients and disposables.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista, Waiter, or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shift schedules.
• Basic English and Hindi communication skills preferred.
