Sales Manager – Proactive/Reactive

Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre, an IHG Hotel is hiring for Sales Manager – Proactive/Reactive in Jaipur. Develop new business opportunities while managing incoming sales enquiries for the hotel. The role combines corporate relationship building, client engagement, commercial follow-up and coordination with revenue and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate, travel, event and other relevant customer accounts.
• Develop a prospect pipeline through targeted outreach, account research and planned sales activities.
• Respond to incoming room, group, meeting and event enquiries with accurate, timely proposals.
• Coordinate rates, availability, event needs and commercial terms with revenue and operations teams.
• Track enquiries, sales activities, follow-ups, conversion and account opportunities.
• Support site inspections, presentations, negotiations and handovers for confirmed business.
• Share market feedback and customer requirements with leadership to strengthen service and business development.

Skills and experience

• Understanding of hotel sales, account management, commercial negotiations and enquiry conversion will support success in this role.
