Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre, an IHG Hotel is hiring for Human Resources – Supervisor/Executive in Jaipur. Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment logistics, interview scheduling, candidate communications and joining documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support onboarding, attendance and leave administration.
• Help communicate HR policies, internal notices and process updates to hotel colleagues.
• Coordinate training calendars, induction activities and documentation with department leaders.
• Support payroll inputs, personnel reports, compliance documentation and follow-ups within authorised responsibilities.
• Assist with employee queries professionally and maintain appropriate privacy and confidentiality.
• Support engagement initiatives and structured handovers between HR and operating teams.

Skills and experience

• Experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination and employee support in hospitality or a service environment is valuable.
